Due to the fact we have no family in town -- we always travel for the holidays. Typically we don't mind, but we decided to stay at home for Thanksgiving this year because of all the snow and ice on the roads and some precious cargo we'd be taking with us! So, we spent the day sledding, working on our kitchen, and had planned on going out for dinner (our kitchen is a disaster and we had no dining table). But, our fantastic neighbors, the Powells, invited us over to their place for some home cookin'! Mav had a blast wrestling with their grandkids and we enjoyed the company.
We have so much to be thankful for!
